Role Highlights
As Assistant Manager, you will oversee the bank’s custodial operations, including securities settlement, corporate actions processing, client payments, and treasury back-office functions. Your leadership will ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless delivery of services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial & Revenue Management

Collect revenue for treasury and custodial products.

Ensure accurate processing of treasury deals to minimize financial risk.

Adhere to budgets and mitigate losses from operational lapses.
Operational & Process Excellence

Manage settlements for equity and fixed-income transactions.

Ensure corporate actions are captured, processed, and communicated accurately.

Monitor inward/outward payments, billing, and invoicing.

Maintain message control systems and secure client communications.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and risk mitigation.
Client Service & Relationship Management

Resolve client queries promptly and maintain service excellence.

Facilitate client due diligence visits and ensure positive feedback.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.

5–7 years of experience in treasury, custodial services, or related operations.

CISI certificate in securities services preferred.
