About the Role
As a Commercial Analyst, you’ll play a central role in improving the institute’s commercial and financial operations. You’ll collaborate across teams to build robust project costings, maintain commercial infrastructure, and analyze the financial performance of programs.
Your Main Duties Will Include

Assisting in developing project bids and proposals based on strategic guidance.

Conducting variance analysis (BVA) to monitor project costs and budgets.

Managing and refining bid templates, document libraries, and trackers.

Performing market analysis to inform commercial strategies.

Supporting income forecasts, reports, and Salesforce data updates.

Tracking bid submissions and providing insights on success rates.

Ensuring that project lessons are integrated into future proposals.
Requirements

A degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related field.

Prior experience in commercial, finance, or business development roles.

Solid analytical skills and familiarity with financial modelling.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
