About the Role
As the Senior Manager (Learning Management), you will:

Develop and oversee a comprehensive organizational learning strategy that supports staff growth and program excellence.

Collaborate with teams to identify learning needs and design effective capacity-building initiatives.

Introduce innovative tools — including AI and digital learning technologies — to improve training quality.

Document and share knowledge through reports, case studies, and best practices.

Support teams in integrating Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) insights into their decision-making.

Work closely with HR and Communications to align training with overall business goals.

Facilitate mentoring and peer-learning initiatives to strengthen internal capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).

Over five years of relevant experience in capacity building, knowledge management, or learning design.

Expertise in organizational learning within the non-profit or development sector.

Strong facilitation, analytical, and communication skills.

Familiarity with e-learning tools and blended learning models.

Experience promoting gender inclusion, youth development, or community-based programs.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and foster collaboration across departments.
