Purpose of the Role
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for the growth, management, and retention of Chinese business relationships, as well as for delivering exceptional service to both new and existing customers. The role also involves training staff, coordinating marketing events, and promoting products that meet the financial needs of the Chinese community and Business Club members.
Your Key Duties

Recruit and manage Chinese business and retail clients.

Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC regulations.

Promote cross-selling of Family Bank’s products and services.

Plan business trips, seminars, and networking events for clients.

Monitor loans, credit documentation, and client account performance.

Support team performance and ensure high standards of service delivery.
The Ideal Candidate
To qualify, applicants should possess:

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.

Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) — an essential requirement.

At least 2 years’ experience in Chinese business relationship management or banking.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Strong business acumen, professionalism, and high integrity.
