The Role

Your Core Responsibilities

Manage the firm’s activities to ensure alignment with its mission and strategic goals.

Drive business development by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.

Oversee staff motivation, supervision, and performance evaluation.

Safeguard company assets, ensure proper financial management, and maintain compliance.

Prepare and present regular reports to the Board of Directors.
Your Qualifications
To excel in this role, you’ll need:

A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or Marketing.

A professional qualification such as ACII or AIIK.

At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role.

A deep understanding of insurance operations, legal frameworks, and customer needs.
