Your Role Will Involve:

Recruiting sales representatives and growing your team.

Training and mentoring staff to improve product knowledge and sales performance.

Supervising daily and weekly sales targets and guiding execution.

Supporting the branch manager in driving business growth.

Motivating your team through field activations and hands-on coaching.

Exploring new market opportunities and ensuring ROI on sales activities.

Minimum Requirements

Diploma qualification or higher.

💡 Salary Range: KSh 30,000 – KSh 50,000/month.
