Main Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll contribute to Penda’s operational excellence by:

Managing Warehouse Workflow: Sorting, confirming, storing, and dispatching items as per delivery schedules.

Maintaining Accurate Inventory Records: Updating stock movement reports and delivery documentation while supporting stock reviews.

Coordinating Dispatch: Preparing necessary paperwork and liaising with transport partners to ensure timely deliveries.

Upholding Safety Standards: Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and audit-ready.

Promoting Team Spirit: Demonstrating accountability, teamwork, and respect in daily operations.
What Penda Is Looking For
This role fits someone who is organized, detail-focused, and excited to help improve healthcare service delivery. Ideal candidates have:

A diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or Business-related fields.

Interest in certifications like CIPS or CPSP-K.

Some experience in warehousing or logistics, even through attachment or internship.

Familiarity with inventory tools or MS Excel.

Strong ethics, teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn.
