The L&D Manager will play a pivotal role in strengthening workforce capability. From identifying training needs to evaluating learning outcomes, you’ll help ensure that NCBA employees receive impactful, relevant, and measurable training.
Key duties include:

Managing full-cycle implementation of training programs

Coordinating course enrollment, logistics, and participant engagement

🎓 What You Need to Qualify
Education

A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
Professional Training

CHRP certification (completed or currently in progress)
Work Experience

5+ years of experience in Learning & Development

Hands-on experience using Learning Management Systems

Proven ability to support HR processes

Strong understanding of Kenya’s banking industry and regulatory landscape
