Your Role as Customer Experience Manager
In this role, you’ll:

Design and execute customer-focused strategies across M-KOPA’s eMobility retail outlets.

Manage motorbike onboarding processes from start to finish, ensuring smooth service.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve operations and service delivery.

Partner with IT, sales, and marketing teams to align customer experience with company goals.

Train staff on best practices, product knowledge, and service standards.
What You’ll Need

A degree in business administration or related field.

At least 7 years of experience in customer experience, retail operations, or service delivery.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Freshdesk and proficiency in Microsoft/Google tools.
