This senior role is ideal for someone passionate about building meaningful, large-scale leadership initiatives that nurture Africa’s future changemakers.
Your Contribution
As the Lead for Transformative Leadership & Give Back, you’ll guide the Foundation’s vision of equipping Scholars and alumni with the skills and mindset needed to lead change.
You’ll:

Shape and execute a comprehensive strategy for transformative leadership and alumni engagement.

Co-create innovative learning experiences with university and institutional partners.

Build partnerships with leaders and organizations across Africa to create new opportunities for Scholars.

Ensure inclusivity by integrating the needs of marginalized youth, including women and refugees.

Oversee platforms like Baobab and events like the Baobab Summit, which strengthen community ties and promote leadership excellence.

Mentor teams and collaborate with global stakeholders to amplify the Foundation’s thought leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Education, International Development, or Public Policy.

At least 12 years of professional experience, including 3 years at a senior or supervisory level.

Proven experience in youth leadership programs or educational initiatives.

Deep understanding of Africa’s development landscape and inclusion practices.

Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
