The General Manager will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the club and ensuring excellence across all departments. This includes golf operations, sports facilities, food and beverage outlets, and hospitality services. The role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic thinking with effective day-to-day management.
Delivering an outstanding membership experience is at the heart of this position. You will work to strengthen the club’s culture, enhance service standards, and ensure members enjoy consistently high-quality experiences. Strong people leadership skills are essential to inspire teams and drive performance.
Financial stewardship is another core responsibility. The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, revenue growth initiatives, marketing activities, and partnerships while maintaining sound governance and sustainable business practices.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree considered an advantage, and at least 7 years of senior management experience in hospitality, sports, or club environments. Proven expertise in financial management, operations, and team leadership is essential.
