This position involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of key business and ICT projects — from planning and execution to evaluation and reporting. The successful candidate will ensure that all initiatives within the business projects portfolio are aligned with KRA’s mission to enhance operational excellence and service delivery.
Core Duties

Supervise implementation of business and ICT projects to meet organizational goals.

Align multiple projects within the portfolio for synergy and consistency.

Lead teams through all phases of project development — planning, budgeting, and execution.

Oversee relationships with external vendors and contractors.

Track project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.

Provide regular performance insights and improvement recommendations.
Required Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, Computing, Engineering, or Commerce.

A Master’s degree and leadership training are added advantages.

Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile PM.

Minimum five years’ experience in project management, with at least two at managerial level.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
