Core Duties

  • Supervise implementation of business and ICT projects to meet organizational goals.

  • Align multiple projects within the portfolio for synergy and consistency.

  • Lead teams through all phases of project development — planning, budgeting, and execution.

  • Oversee relationships with external vendors and contractors.

  • Track project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.

  • Provide regular performance insights and improvement recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, Computing, Engineering, or Commerce.

  • A Master’s degree and leadership training are added advantages.

  • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile PM.

  • Minimum five years’ experience in project management, with at least two at managerial level.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
