Role Overview
As a supervisor, you will oversee daily cloud and server infrastructure operations, ensuring efficient system performance and secure data management. You’ll also collaborate with technology vendors, implement upgrades, and handle critical configuration and backup processes.
Main Duties

Setup, configure, and maintain compute and storage systems in both virtualized and containerized environments.

Conduct system upgrades and ensure compliance with audit recommendations.

Manage backup operations and restore data when needed.

Monitor performance and security of cloud and virtualization platforms.

Document system configurations and prepare specifications for new procurements.

Collaborate with vendors and OEMs to resolve complex technical issues.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Certifications in AWS, Azure, VMware, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, or Kubernetes.

Minimum three years’ experience in system administration or virtualization.

Technical proficiency in Linux/Windows systems, server virtualization, storage management, and container orchestration.
