This role blends strategic planning and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who can think big while staying grounded in day-to-day sales performance.
Your Mission

Grow and manage a network of field sales agents across Kenya.

Deliver ambitious monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Expand JiJi’s presence in key markets, ensuring at least 15 active agents in major cities.

Drive innovation through data-driven strategies and continuous improvement.

Conduct regular trainings and performance reviews to nurture a high-performance culture.
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

A track record of successfully managing large commission-based sales teams.

Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and client acquisition.

Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Comfort with MS Office, Google Workspace, and sales performance tools.
