The International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks a visionary Product Manager, Program Data Systems to oversee the development and management of digital data solutions that power humanitarian programs globally.
Your Impact
In this role, you’ll serve as the product owner for IRC’s Program Data Systems within the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) framework. You’ll define the product’s direction, ensure seamless integration with existing tools, and promote global adoption.
You’ll work closely with developers, QA analysts, and program teams to enhance how data is captured, visualized, and used to improve IRC’s impact across the world.
Core Duties

Develop and maintain the roadmap for program data systems.

Lead agile teams through design, development, and release cycles.

Collaborate with MEAL and IT teams to improve data quality and accessibility.

Ensure compliance with data governance standards.

Train and guide teams to effectively use digital data systems.
Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

5+ years’ experience in product or data system management.

Strong knowledge of agile development, data integration, and stakeholder engagement.

Passionate about humanitarian work and technology for social good.
Work Environment
This position is based in Nairobi, Kenya, and reports to the Program Technology at Scale Lead. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams and play a key role in shaping IRC’s data-driven future.
