Are you experienced in inventory management and passionate about maintaining accurate stock systems? Armaan Limited is hiring a Stock Controller to strengthen its warehouse and supply chain operations in Nairobi.
This position is ideal for professionals who excel in stock accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. The Stock Controller will oversee receiving and inspection processes, ensuring that delivered goods match purchase orders in quantity, batch numbers, and expiry dates. Any damaged or expired stock must be properly recorded and handled according to company policy.
A key responsibility of this role is maintaining reliable inventory records through routine physical stock counts and system updates. You will ensure that storage conditions meet regulatory standards while keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Accurate order fulfillment is critical, as the role demands 100% correctness in product picking and batch selection.
The role also involves reporting slow-moving and near-expiry stock to management, helping reduce losses and improve stock planning. You will work closely with finance and procurement departments to update records and coordinate the disposal of expired or damaged products.
In addition to operational duties, the Stock Controller will supervise store assistants, offering leadership and motivation to ensure smooth daily warehouse activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in procurement, business, or stores management
