Your Impact Will Include:

  • Partnering with leadership on workforce planning and talent optimization.

  • Managing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

  • Guiding performance management cycles to ensure accountability and growth.

  • Overseeing benefits administration and pay structures.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.

  • IHRM membership with valid certification.

  • 5–8 years’ HR experience, including HRBP-level leadership.

  • Union relations and grievance-handling expertise.

  • Strong HRIS and data reporting skills.

  • Emotional intelligence, integrity, and adaptability in healthcare settings.
