Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Manager, your mission will be to drive automation, observability, and proactive monitoring across IT service management. You’ll:

Create a digital delivery roadmap that integrates ITSM with advanced monitoring solutions.

Define governance models, best practices, and standards for ITSM tools and observability platforms.

Oversee ITSM solutions like ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK, or SolarWinds.

Partner with CX, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to implement integrated digital solutions.

Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and system health metrics to ensure service reliability.

Mentor a team of engineers and ITSM tool experts.

Evaluate emerging technologies to keep the organization ahead in digital delivery.
Candidate Profile
We’re seeking a forward-thinking IT leader who brings:

A university degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.

6+ years of experience in ITSM, monitoring, or digital delivery leadership.

A strong track record in ITIL frameworks and ITSM tools.

Hands-on expertise in observability platforms (Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, etc.).

Experience leading transformation programs and managing vendors.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
