What You’ll Do

Lead the design and optimization of Equity Bank’s data pipelines.

Manage large datasets and ensure they align with business objectives.

Oversee real-time data processing, analytics tools, and machine learning frameworks.

Collaborate with analytics teams to drive process improvements and deliver insights.

Act as a subject matter expert on data architecture and engineering.
Who You Are
-
Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.

8–10 years of experience in data engineering and analytics.

Hands-on expertise with Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, SQL, Postgres, NoSQL.

Skilled in AWS services (Redshift, RDS, EC2, EMR).

Proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, C++.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
