Your Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations in facility maintenance, covering HVAC systems, plumbing, electricals, elevators, and water systems.

Ensure all systems meet safety and efficiency standards.

Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to technical and safety protocols.

Keep accurate records through logbooks, maintenance reports, and performance reviews.

Enforce compliance with OHS standards, local building codes, and fire safety regulations.

Coordinate closely with other hotel departments during technical breakdowns.
Required Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Facilities Management.

At least 3 years of experience in facility maintenance, with one year in a supervisory role.

Strong technical knowledge and ability to read schematics.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management.
