Role Overview
As a Driver, you’ll be responsible for ensuring safe and timely travel for Deloitte’s project supervision teams. You will also maintain the condition and performance of assigned vehicles.
Main duties include:

Transporting project staff and materials to various field locations safely and efficiently.

Keeping vehicles clean, well-fueled, and mechanically sound.

Recording mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance details in the vehicle logbook.

Observing traffic regulations and ensuring passengers adhere to safety protocols.

Reporting mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents immediately to your supervisor.

Ensuring timely renewal of licenses and vehicle documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Diploma in any discipline.

At least five years of professional driving experience in a large organization.

Proficiency in English and Kiswahili.

Valid driving license and certificate of good conduct.

Sound knowledge of Kenya’s traffic rules and defensive driving techniques.

Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with 4WD vehicles.

Certification in eye testing and basic first aid preferred.
