About the Role
As the Sales Manager – Corporate, you’ll be at the forefront of Fairmont’s mission to deliver a refined guest experience while ensuring consistent revenue growth. Working closely with the Cluster Director of Sales, you’ll oversee high-impact sales initiatives across corporate, government, group, and incentive markets.

Your Main Responsibilities

Lead corporate and group sales efforts to achieve hotel revenue goals.

Collaborate with internal teams to craft innovative marketing strategies.

Manage and expand key client relationships.

Participate in strategic revenue management and forecasting.

Inspire and develop a skilled, motivated sales team.

What You’ll Need

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or Hotel Management (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, ideally within luxury hospitality.

Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Strong understanding of the Kenyan hospitality market.
