This full-time position in Nairobi offers a chance to work on a transformative Microsoft 365 GCC migration involving over 400 mailboxes and 16 TB of data.
The Role
As a Microsoft Engineer, you will:

Lead the hybrid migration from Exchange 2019 to Microsoft 365.

Implement advanced identity and security configurations using Entra Connect, MFA, and Conditional Access.

Maintain compliance with major frameworks like CJIS, PCI, HIPAA, and GCC.

Oversee the integration of third-party tools such as Sophos EDR and Imprivata MFA.

Deliver governance, documentation, and post-migration training.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the company’s communication and collaboration systems meet global security and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have:

A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.

8+ years of experience with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365.

Proven success in large-scale hybrid migrations.
