Britam is seeking an experienced Claims & Client Operations Manager to oversee its insurance claims department and ensure an exceptional client experience. 📋 Your Role Will Include:

Supervising the end-to-end claims process—design, vetting, approvals, and payments.

Ensuring prompt, accurate, and fair handling of client claims.

🧠 Desired Skills & Qualifications
