Main Duties and Responsibilities
Driving Business Growth

Create and execute sales strategies that increase the branch’s business performance.

Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and portfolio expansion.

Track daily and monthly targets, providing corrective action where necessary.

Develop impactful sales presentations and activations.
Team Leadership and People Management

Supervise, mentor, and train branch staff to improve productivity and service quality.

Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to encourage continuous growth.

Build a collaborative team culture that aligns with HF Group’s values of excellence and integrity.
Customer Relationship Management

Oversee the implementation of portfolio management strategies.

Ensure customers’ banking needs are handled efficiently and professionally.

Develop customer retention and satisfaction initiatives to sustain long-term relationships.
Risk and Compliance Oversight

Monitor the branch loan book to ensure portfolio quality and early detection of defaults.

Ensure compliance with credit policies, KYC, and AML requirements.

Implement audit recommendations promptly to maintain operational integrity.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree an added advantage).

At least five years of experience in sales or branch management within a financial institution.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Strong understanding of financial analysis and risk assessment.

Certification in AKIB or related banking qualification preferred.
