Your Key Responsibilities

Lead onboarding initiatives for drivers and couriers across multiple Bolt services.

Manage campaign execution to drive adoption in premium ride categories.

Conduct rider experience audits at pickup points and improve infrastructure with updated signage.

Support the roll-out of Scheduled Rides by improving conversion and onboarding new drivers.

Resolve rider complaints in collaboration with support teams, ensuring smooth customer journeys.

Build relationships with high-traffic venues to expand rider access and convenience.
The Ideal Candidate

3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, account management, or customer success.

Strong analytical skills with confidence in data tracking and spreadsheet use.

Independent, execution-oriented, and highly collaborative.
