As a senior leader in Bolt’s Food and Retail division, you’ll manage everything from identifying new business opportunities to optimizing existing partnerships for maximum impact. You’ll also play a hands-on role in onboarding new retail partners, ensuring they are equipped to deliver top-quality service to customers.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain top retail and grocery partners.

  • Negotiate and close deals that drive revenue and meet Bolt’s commercial goals.

  • Oversee end-to-end partner onboarding and operational training.

  • Monitor partner performance and implement data-informed strategies for growth.

  • Lead budget planning, performance forecasting, and overall business development.

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution of Bolt’s retail expansion.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 7–12 years’ experience in retail management, grocery business development, or sales.

  • Proven ability to manage teams, drive KPIs, and deliver measurable growth.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

  • Fluency in English and Swahili preferred.
