Bolt Kenya is expanding its grocery and retail division and is on the lookout for a skilled Head of Retail and Groceries to spearhead growth and partner development. As a senior leader in Bolt’s Food and Retail division, you’ll manage everything from identifying new business opportunities to optimizing existing partnerships for maximum impact. You’ll also play a hands-on role in onboarding new retail partners, ensuring they are equipped to deliver top-quality service to customers.
💼 Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain top retail and grocery partners.

Negotiate and close deals that drive revenue and meet Bolt’s commercial goals.

Oversee end-to-end partner onboarding and operational training.

Monitor partner performance and implement data-informed strategies for growth.

Lead budget planning, performance forecasting, and overall business development.

🌟 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

7–12 years’ experience in retail management, grocery business development, or sales.

Proven ability to manage teams, drive KPIs, and deliver measurable growth.
