The Branch Manager will take on a multi-dimensional role that touches every part of the branch’s performance. Among the core duties are:

Leading Business Development: Driving branch growth by tapping into customer needs, expanding SME relationships, and promoting the bank’s products.

What You Need to Qualify
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

A Master’s degree in Banking or Business is a valuable advantage.

Five years of relevant banking experience — including retail lending, SME banking, or operations.

Two years of managerial experience in a similar organization.

Strong knowledge of Kenya’s banking policies, services, and the overall financial landscape.
