Your Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily and weekly maintenance tasks.

Collaborate with teams to keep equipment, plumbing, gas, and electrical systems running smoothly.

Support the Maintenance Manager in executing long-term maintenance plans.

Lead, mentor, and train the maintenance staff.

Ensure availability of tools and manage stock to optimize performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational challenges.

Drive cost-effective maintenance practices while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).

Experience in electrical, gas, plumbing, and equipment repair.

Previous supervisory experience in maintenance.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge of welding and industrial mechanical systems.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
