Kenya’s electric mobility sector is rapidly expanding, and Flexi-Personnel is at the forefront of this transition. The firm is seeking a highly experienced Technical Head to spearhead the rollout and operations of SUN Mobility’s battery-swapping network across the country.
This position calls for an innovative engineering leader with a deep understanding of EV infrastructure, logistics, and operational excellence.
Main Duties

Lead the deployment and commissioning of battery-swapping stations.

Coordinate with contractors, logistics teams, and vendors to ensure efficient rollouts.

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Manage field service operations, ensuring timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Supervise workshops, experience centers, and spare parts inventory systems.

Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and government regulations.

Report monthly operational and financial performance to top management.
Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering fields; Master’s is an advantage.

10–12 years of hands-on experience in EV, automotive, or energy industries.

Demonstrated success in technical project management, logistics, and vendor coordination.

Leadership experience managing technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
