To qualify, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with five years of experience in grant management or donor compliance. A master’s degree and experience managing grants from organizations like USAID or FCDO are strong advantages.
This Nairobi-based role requires frequent travel—up to 50%—offering a mix of office and field engagement. RHNK is looking for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled in using grant management software.
