As the Finance Director, you’ll oversee the organization’s financial management, ensuring transparency, compliance, and efficient resource utilization. You’ll play a central role in guiding RHNK’s long-term sustainability and driving sound financial practices across all departments.
What You’ll Do

Provide strategic financial leadership to support RHNK’s mission and goals.

Manage the organization’s financial reporting, audits, and budget planning processes.

Lead financial risk management and ensure compliance with local laws, taxation policies, and international accounting standards.

Oversee grant and contract management, ensuring proper use of donor funds.

Identify opportunities for financial growth, partnerships, and funding diversification.

Supervise finance, HR, and administrative teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Who You Are
You’re a seasoned finance professional with:

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).

CPA certification and ICPAK membership.

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial management, preferably within the NGO or Sacco sectors.

Strong command of financial software like SAP, QuickBooks, SUN, or Navision.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
