In this pivotal role, you’ll lead ITM Kenya’s sales and business development efforts—connecting organizations with tailored HR, recruitment, and payroll solutions that drive efficiency and performance.
Your Responsibilities

Spearhead business growth in HR outsourcing, recruitment, and talent management.

Develop and implement country-specific business strategies that support regional objectives.

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Collaborate with internal teams to craft competitive proposals and pricing structures.

Track market trends, analyze competitors, and deliver strategic sales insights.

Prepare regular performance and revenue reports for senior leadership.
Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR Management, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).

7+ years of experience in B2B sales or HR services, with leadership exposure.

Deep understanding of Kenya’s HR and labour environment.

Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication abilities.

Financial literacy and strong business strategy execution skills.

Fluent in English, with Swahili proficiency as an added plus.
