This role is designed for detail-oriented professionals with a deep understanding of audit principles, financial services regulations, and risk management strategies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and execute internal audits with high-quality planning and reporting.

  • Review business processes to assess compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Analyze risks across people, processes, and technology.

  • Recommend improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.

  • Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.

  • Mentor Audit Assistants and guide them in executing audit plans.

  • Follow up with departments to ensure audit recommendations are implemented.

  • Use data analysis and CAATs to enhance audit accuracy.

  • Support investigations and provide advisory input when required.

What You’ll Need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (minimum Second Class Upper).

  • CPA(K) / ACCA certification (mandatory).

  • Additional certifications like CISA, CIA, or CFE (advantageous).

  • Minimum of 4 years’ relevant audit experience.

  • Experience with CAATs and data analysis tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure with resilience and precision.
