Key Responsibilities
As a Procurement Intern, you’ll assist the procurement team in:

Coordinating purchase requisitions and ensuring smooth workflows.

Preparing and sending LPOs to suppliers.

Assisting with tender documentation, quotation analysis, and evaluation reports.

Maintaining an updated supplier database and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

Supporting contract management and risk analysis processes.

Preparing reports for tender committees and donor submissions.
You’ll also take part in preparing disposal reports, organizing tender opening sessions, and maintaining accurate filing systems for all procurement activities.
Qualifications
To qualify, you should have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, or Business Management.

KISM membership (Kenya Institute of Supplies Management).
