The role involves supporting transfer pricing and international tax compliance for diverse clients, ensuring that all policies align with global standards and local legal frameworks.
Role Overview
Working alongside senior tax experts, you’ll contribute to advisory projects, documentation, and audits for multinational clients.
You’ll play a hands-on role in strengthening compliance, mitigating tax risks, and supporting strategic business decisions.
Key responsibilities include:

Assisting in transfer pricing policy development and implementation across jurisdictions.

Conducting detailed comparability analyses and preparing documentation aligned with OECD and Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) requirements.

Advising on intercompany pricing, restructures, and international transactions.

Supporting clients during tax audits and providing well-structured reports to address authority queries.

Monitoring emerging tax legislation and assessing potential impacts on client operations.

Delivering internal workshops to raise awareness of transfer pricing best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law.

4+ years of relevant experience in transfer pricing or international taxation.

Knowledge of OECD guidelines, Kenya’s Income Tax (Transfer Pricing) Regulations, and broader African tax frameworks.

Professional certifications such as CPA, CTA, or ACT are a plus.

Excellent report writing, analytical, and presentation skills.

Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple client engagements.
