Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement program strategies, timelines, and work plans.

Ensure efficient execution of large-scale donor-funded initiatives.

Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and compliance to maintain accountability.

Collaborate with global teams in finance, operations, and legal.

Build effective Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) frameworks to track impact.

Represent Acumen in donor, government, and media engagements.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

10+ years’ proven experience managing international donor-funded programs.

Excellent project management, financial oversight, and communication skills.

Strong networks within East and West Africa’s enterprise ecosystem.

Ability to mentor and lead diverse global teams.
