About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all food and beverage operations within the hotel. You’ll lead a talented team to deliver exceptional dining experiences that reflect Accor’s commitment to quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities

Set strategic direction for all F&B outlets and ensure consistent service excellence.

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, budgeting, and performance reviews.

Foster a culture of teamwork, creativity, and customer focus among your team members.

Monitor guest feedback to continuously improve service standards.

Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Collaborate with senior management on revenue goals and new dining concepts.
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior food and beverage role within an international 5-star hotel.
