The Configuration Analyst will oversee the analysis, configuration, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of M-Pesa and AML platform controls. You’ll help safeguard mobile money transactions while ensuring seamless functionality for millions of users across multiple markets.

🛡 AML Platform (Siron) Configuration

Set up AML workflows, alert mechanisms, and parameter thresholds

Develop reporting schedules and conduct system testing
🧪 Watchlist Screening & Rule Updates

Conduct effectiveness tests using SWIFT tools

Maintain up-to-date rules for sanctions and watchlist screening
📂 Documentation & Reporting

Maintain high-quality configuration documentation

Share knowledge with regional teams to support system adoption
🧰 System Testing & Issue Resolution

Support Functional Acceptance Testing

Troubleshoot platform issues across different markets

Coordinate closely with developers, testers, and AML teams
🤝 Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
