The company is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager who can design, implement, and optimize marketing strategies that strengthen Sun King’s market footprint in Kenya.

Key Responsibilities
1. Shaping Marketing Strategy
You’ll partner with sales and marketing leads across multiple business verticals—solar, inverters, clean cooking, smartphones, and retail operations—to develop regional strategies that boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
2. Leading Major Projects
From global marketing initiatives to running local conferences, you will manage end-to-end project execution while ensuring effective utilization of the marketing budget.
3. Partnerships & Stakeholder Collaboration
Your job will involve building productive relationships with Sun King teams and external partners, contributing to seamless campaign rollouts and ensuring alignment across business units.
4. Team Building & Performance Management
You’ll set KPIs, review performance, coach team members, and build a strong, collaborative marketing structure that consistently delivers results.
5. Marketing Analysis & Reporting
You will prepare monthly ROI insights, quarterly metric reviews, SWOT analyses, and competitor activity reports to support strategic decision-making.
