Family Bank Ltd has opened an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about MSME banking, portfolio growth, and strategic client engagement. The bank is searching for a Relationship Manager – MSME Banking to strengthen its presence in the MSME market segment and drive portfolio growth.

Role Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing high-value MSME relationships, driving revenue growth, and offering personalized banking solutions. You will also serve as a key advisor to business clients, ensuring their financial needs are met through Family Bank’s diverse product range.

Primary Duties

Some of the major tasks assigned to the Relationship Manager include:

  • Providing exceptional support to MSME clients and maintaining long-term relationships

  • Seeking new business opportunities and building a robust pipeline of potential customers

  • Promoting MSME lending products, deposit accounts, and investment options

  • Conducting credit assessments, structuring loan proposals, and evaluating client suitability

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as KYC and AML standards

  • Monitoring loan performance and keeping NPLs under approved levels

  • Collaborating with the Credit and Risk departments to reduce impairments and ensure timely loan approvals

  • Ensuring accurate and complete loan documentation before disbursement

  • Offering tailored financial solutions to help MSME clients grow and thrive

  • Meeting annual performance targets related to profitability and portfolio expansion

Ideal Candidate Profile

To be considered for this position, applicants should meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline

  • A minimum of 7 years in MSME banking, with at least 5 years focused on business development

  • Strong credit analysis and risk management skills

  • Track record of successfully managing MSME clients

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities

Additional postgraduate qualifications such as a Master’s degree offer added advantage.
