About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the PPB Business Head to drive the execution of strategic initiatives. The role involves managing operational performance, strengthening governance practices, and coordinating business projects to ensure the division meets its goals.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Supporting Strategic Priorities

  • Collaborate with leadership to implement PPB strategic plans.

  • Help identify delivery gaps and push forward solutions to address them.

2. Operational Governance

  • Uphold and enhance governance standards within the division.

  • Ensure adherence to operational procedures and risk frameworks.

3. Business & Financial Performance

  • Track financial indicators and operational KPIs.

  • Recommend improvements to achieve greater efficiency and alignment.

4. Project Leadership

  • Oversee multiple cross-functional projects from start to finish.

  • Coordinate stakeholders across business units to drive unified outcomes.


Qualifications & Experience Required

Academic Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Experience Expectations

  • 8–10 years of business support or strategic project execution experience.

  • A proven track record of managing varied projects within a financial institution.

  • Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive collaborative outcomes.
