What You’ll Do
As the Coordinator, you’ll oversee all operational aspects of the Eye Care Clinics, from resource management to patient experience. Your key duties will include:

Directing and coordinating clinic operations daily.

Partnering with hospital leadership to develop strategies for enhanced service delivery.

Managing budgets, inventory, and maintenance of essential ophthalmic equipment.

Scheduling surgeries, tracking performance, and ensuring smooth coordination between medical teams.

Monitoring patient feedback and resolving concerns to maintain trust and satisfaction.

Supervising and evaluating staff performance while promoting continuous professional growth.

Conducting market research and collaborating on marketing plans to strengthen clinic visibility.

Generating reports on operational performance and recommending areas of improvement.

Participating in the planning and launch of new Eye Care units.
Candidate Profile

A Diploma in Optometry or a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or Finance.

At least five years of relevant experience in clinical or administrative healthcare management.
