Your Key Responsibilities:

Offer technical automation support to production shifts and ensure systems run optimally.

Lead maintenance, system upgrades, and fault diagnosis to minimize downtime.

Manage documentation, preventive maintenance schedules, and ERP records.

Facilitate structured problem-solving sessions and share best practices across sites.

Enforce strict safety, compliance, and risk management protocols.

Conduct line capability audits and ensure compliance with Coca-Cola’s automation standards.

Train and mentor production staff and artisans to enhance their technical competence.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.

At least 5 years of experience in controls, automation, or electrical engineering roles.

Strong familiarity with packaging machines and FMCG operations.

Skills in PLC programming, HMI development, and ERP (MSD 365) systems.

Excellent troubleshooting, innovation, and process optimization abilities.
