Are you an experienced automotive professional with a passion for customer service and operational excellence? CFAO Motors Kenya Limited — formerly Toyota Kenya — is seeking a Bodyshop Reception Supervisor to join its Nairobi team.
This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are dedicated to maintaining smooth workshop operations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will report to the Bodyshop Manager and will be instrumental in achieving departmental goals through effective communication, coordination, and leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide the reception team to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Oversee daily reception operations and maintain workflow efficiency.

Manage and update Work in Progress (WIP) and financial reports.

Foster collaboration between departments to achieve seamless operations.

Maintain high standards of workplace safety and cleanliness.

Address customer queries and provide timely feedback on repair progress.

Participate in marketing activities to promote Bodyshop services.

Ensure prompt collection of completed units and share updates with management.

Review Customer Service Index (CSI) and Voice of Customer (VOC) reports to identify improvement areas.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or Business Administration.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an automotive workshop, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Knowledge of vehicle specifications, insurance procedures, and customer service principles.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and meet performance targets.
