As part of the BIC sales leadership team, you’ll be responsible for managing major supermarket chains, optimizing in-store performance, and ensuring consistent revenue growth across BIC’s product categories — Stationery, Lighters, and Shavers.
Your Role at a Glance
In this strategic role, you will:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that boost market share.

Ensure perfect execution of promotional activities, merchandising standards, and Picture of Success (PICOS) guidelines.

Supervise third-party merchandising agents to maintain excellent shelf visibility and sales coverage.

Gather and analyze market intelligence to support competitive positioning.

Lead a talented team by offering coaching, mentorship, and performance development.

Foster meaningful relationships with key supermarket decision-makers to enhance brand loyalty.
Ideal Candidate

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business.

Brings at least five years of proven experience in managing key accounts or modern trade operations.

Demonstrates excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics using Microsoft Office tools.
