Palladium International is inviting applications for the position of Senior Leadership Meeting Coordination and Execution Consultant based in Nairobi, Kenya. This consultancy will support the effective organization and implementation of a Senior Leadership Meeting designed to strengthen intersectoral collaboration for demographic transition initiatives.
Role Overview
The Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of this high-level event — from logistics and coordination to post-meeting reporting and accountability tracking. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and experience dealing with senior government officials and private sector leaders.
Key Duties

Manage all pre-meeting preparations, including logistics, invitations, and venue setup.

Work closely with the planning committee to ensure alignment of the meeting agenda with strategic goals.

Facilitate coordination among stakeholders and ensure smooth communication throughout the event.

Supervise in-meeting operations, ensuring availability of interpretation services, documentation, and adherence to schedule.

Required Skills and Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Public Relations, or Hospitality.

10+ years of experience in event coordination, preferably for government or donor-funded projects.
