The bank is searching for an experienced Senior Manager – HR Business Partner to champion human capital strategies that support sustainable business growth.
This is a strategic role within the Human Resources division, ideal for professionals with deep experience in talent development, organizational design, and change management.
About the Role
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll collaborate with business leaders to ensure HR strategies directly support NCBA’s business agenda. Your expertise will help shape the future of the workforce by promoting innovation, inclusivity, and strong leadership.
You will:

Provide expert HR advice and coaching to senior leadership.

Design and deliver HR solutions that boost performance and employee satisfaction.

Lead initiatives around workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.

Support transformation through effective change management.

Uphold NCBA’s HR policies, labor laws, and best-practice standards.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 in management.

Professional HR certification such as CHRP or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of Kenya’s labor laws and HR frameworks.

Experience in the banking industry is an added advantage.
