Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by acquiring, retaining, and expanding profitable SME clients.

  • Evaluate client financials, assess creditworthiness, and provide key risk mitigations.

  • Deliver tailored solutions in trade, cash, lending, FX, and investment products.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Stay informed about local industries, supply chains, and market environments to advise clients effectively.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business, Commercial, or Corporate client management.

  • Proven record in cross-border and international business banking.

  • Strong knowledge of financial statements, financial modeling, and accounting principles.

  • Fluent in Chinese language with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Sound understanding of SME Banking guidelines, compliance, and operational procedures.

  • Proactive, innovative, and capable of identifying business opportunities.
