What the Role Entails:
The Manager, Brand & Events will be responsible for creating and executing brand strategies that elevate the Bank’s visibility and reputation. You will oversee brand consistency, internal and external engagement, and the execution of branding campaigns across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop brand strategies and ensure alignment with the Bank’s corporate values and messaging.

  • Act as a Brand Champion, maintaining the brand image and enhancing stakeholder perceptions.

  • Manage the Bank’s presence across branches, digital channels, ATMs, and customer interactions.

  • Lead internal brand culture initiatives and align employees with the corporate brand vision.

  • Train Brand Champions in different outlets to ensure cohesive brand communication.

  • Evaluate and improve stakeholder engagement tools to boost brand advocacy.

  • Manage brand collateral production, partnerships with vendors, and compliance with standards.

  • Prepare and manage brand budgets, plans, and performance reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Professional qualifications in CIM an advantage.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, branding, or event management.

  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and drive results with cross-functional teams.
